Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy
Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy is a collaboration between the City of Kenosha and nine local partners in youth development, education, technology, career development, and workforce preparation.
Located at the heart of six major neighborhoods, KELA provides opportunities to young people, allowing them to explore interests through previously unavailable resources. The center provides a pipeline for young people (ages 11-24) into the workforce to foster and keep local talent in Kenosha.

Our team built out KELA’s brand guidelines with a keen focus on the end user. Due to the center’s lack of internal marketing staff, the guide needed to be accessible to users with little to no design knowledge. The guide establishes rules and intentions, while leaving room for KELA’s young people to further develop materials as needed.
