The Office of Experience

Kenosha Emerging Leaders Academy is a collaboration between the City of Kenosha and nine local partners in youth development, education, technology, career development, and workforce preparation.

Located at the heart of six major neighborhoods, KELA provides opportunities to young people, allowing them to explore interests through previously unavailable resources. The center provides a pipeline for young people (ages 11-24) into the workforce to foster and keep local talent in Kenosha.
